A firearm that can be separated into (at least) two subassemblies in order to make a shorter package than when put together---without tools

Trijicon is a company that uses tritium material, encapsulated in a vile, housed in the sight. The tritium glows under low light conditions.
The spiral formed by the lands and grooves in a rifled bore; the rate of twist is generally given as a ratio. i.e., 1:10 indicating one turn in 10 inches.
